Who is Close With Brimie for?+

Real estate agents first. Listing and buyer agents use it to get inspection items and presale updates scoped, priced and finished on deadline, with reports they can forward to everyone on the deal. Work with us regularly? Become a partner agent.

I’m a homeowner. Can I use it?+

Yes. Send your request and tell us who your agent is, and we’ll keep them updated along the way. No agent? We can still help. Just remodeling with no sale planned? Brimie Contractors handles that work.

Is the estimate a firm price?+

When we have enough information, yes. When conditions are hidden or a site visit is needed, you get an honest range and a note on what would move the price, never a guess dressed up as a quote.

Who can see pricing and project details?+

Each person sees what their role needs. Agents and homeowners see customer pricing and progress. Contractors see their assigned scope. Internal costs stay internal.

Does Close With Brimie replace a home inspection?+

No. We resolve the items your inspector found. Completion reports document the work performed; they are not inspection, engineering or code certifications.

Across the Denver Metro and Boulder County: the South Metro (Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Centennial, Lone Tree, Parker, Castle Rock and nearby), Denver and the east side, the west side from Lakewood to Golden and Evergreen, and north through Westminster, Broomfield, Superior, Louisville, Lafayette, Erie and Boulder. How fast will I hear back?+

Inspection resolution requests start moving as soon as the report is uploaded. For presale walkthroughs, someone from our team reaches out within 2 business days.

What does a presale renovation include?+

Whatever helps the home sell for the right price, usually paint, flooring, lighting and fixtures, kitchen and bath refreshes, repairs and curb appeal. We start with a walkthrough and recommend what is worth doing before you list.

How do I get started?+
